◆it is nothing compared to when she used to drink her morning coffee
nothing compared to 〜 で「〜にはかなわない」の意。いわゆる熟語と言
われるものですが、英語としては nothing の後で区切るのが自然です。
したがって、it is nothing で「何でもない」とパッと考え、compared
to 〜 で「〜と比べると」つまり「〜にはかなわない」と理解するわけです。

laced with 〜 で 「〜を（少量）加える」の意。
* coffee laced with brandy
ブランデーを少し入れたコーヒー

◆methamphetamine
メタンフェタミン。覚醒剤。

このitは特定の何かを指すのではなく it all と all と一緒に使い、
「もろもろの事」の意。
* Oh, I want to get away from it all.
ああ、もうすべてから開放されたい。

◆These women are well into recovery
訳には出ていませんが well into ですから回復の最終段階にある
ということですね。
